The Two Worlds Condominiums are located in midtown Columbus, Indiana, in an area that is primarily single family residential and very close to office buildings, retail stores, restaurants, hospital, retirement center, schools, and churches.

The Two Worlds Condominiums project began in 1972 by a large Indianapolis, Indiana developer. The pricing started in the lower ranges for the community (in 1972) around the low to mid $20,000’s (Today the market rate for our condominiums starts in the $80,000's). The target market was young singles and couples who could afford the prices, would enjoy the maintenance free lifestyle (Club House and Swimming Pool), and who wouldn’t mind the high density, lack of garages, basements, and private yards that families seem to prefer.

Over the years the younger residents aged, and some moved up and out. Today Two Worlds has evolved into a community of older retirees and young renter families. Currently Two Worlds Condominiums are managed by a volunteer Board of Directors.  All five Board of Directors members are resident homeowners elected by the Homeowners Association.  Elections are held every November with results announced at the December Homeowners Association meeting.

Two Worlds Consists of 27 “Quadra-Plex” buildings containing 40 two-bedroom ranch units, 16 two-bedroom townhouse units, and 52 three bed-room townhouse units. There is a club house complete with great-room, manager’s office, kitchenette, and rest-rooms. There is also a small swimming pool, storage building, parking lot with a basketball goal, and a couple of bike paths.
